目的：探讨经动脉介入联合射频消融加体外热疗治疗原发性肝癌及转移性肝癌的临床疗效，进行评价。方法选取医院于2008年10月至2012年12月收治的100例原发性性肝癌、肝转移癌患者，随机分为联合治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例）二组，对照组患者应用肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）进行治疗，联合治疗组为在TACE后1周复查可见有实体肿瘤的患者，对其应用射频消融及体外高频热疗治疗；对比二组患者转移率、生存率、缓解率和生存期，以及患者肿瘤标记物（AFP）情况，运用统计学方法进行评价。结果联合治疗组AFP值下降情况优于对照组，治疗有效率较高，转移率低。结论联合治疗较单纯TACE术能更好地改善患者血清AFP水平；加大肿瘤坏死效果、减小肿瘤体积；降低肿瘤的转移率、复发率，延长患者生存期。
목적：탐토경동맥개입연합사빈소융가체외열료치료원발성간암급전이성간암적림상료효，진행평개。방법선취의원우2008년10월지2012년12월수치적100례원발성성간암、간전이암환자，수궤분위연합치료조（50례）화대조조（50례）이조，대조조환자응용간동맥화료전새술（TACE）진행치료，연합치료조위재TACE후1주복사가견유실체종류적환자，대기응용사빈소융급체외고빈열료치료；대비이조환자전이솔、생존솔、완해솔화생존기，이급환자종류표기물（AFP）정황，운용통계학방법진행평개。결과연합치료조AFP치하강정황우우대조조，치료유효솔교고，전이솔저。결론연합치료교단순TACE술능경호지개선환자혈청AFP수평；가대종류배사효과、감소종류체적；강저종류적전이솔、복발솔，연장환자생존기。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of primary liver cancer and metastatic liver cancer combined treatment with through artery interventional radiofrequency ablation、external high frequency heat therapy, and to evaluate. Methods To choose 100 cases of primary liver cancer, metastatic liver cancer patients in the hospital from October in 2008 to December in 2012, and randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group of 50 cases, control group with hepatic artery chemoembolization treatment(TACE), the patients of combined treatment group who can find the solid tumor after a week with TACE to use radiofrequency ablation combined with external high frequency thermotherapy;to contrast transport rate、survival rate、remission rate and lifetime of two groups patients, and the status of AFP, to evaluate with statistical method. Results The decrease of AFP data of combined treatment group is better than control group, and the treatment efficiency is higher, and the transport rate is lower. Conclusion The combined treatment is better than pure TACE in improving the level of patients’ AFP;increase the effect of tumor necrosis、decrease the gross tumor volume;reduce the transport rate of tumor、recurrence rate, prolong the patients’ lifetime.
