目的:观察穴位按摩联合辨证施膳对中风患者便秘的临床效果。方法:中风后便秘的患者66例随机分为按摩组、施膳组和联合组,每组22例,按摩组患者采用穴位按摩法;施膳组患者采用辨证施膳;联合组采用穴位按摩联合辨证施膳。历时2周,于治疗前,治疗第7、14d,观察、对比三组患者的便秘情况。结果:①三组治疗前的排便困难、粪便性状、排便时间、下坠、不尽、胀感、排便频度和腹胀的情况差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。②治疗第7d,联合组的上述排便问题均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05或0.01);按摩组的排便困难、排便时间及腹胀情况较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05或0.01);施膳组的仅下坠、不尽、胀感较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗第14d,联合组的改善情况较治疗前及治疗7d后更明显(P<0.05或0.01);按摩组除排便频度外,其余项均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05或0.01);施膳组所有观察项均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05或0.01)。③按摩组治疗第14d的的排便困难较治疗第7d的好转(P<0.05);联合组治疗第14d的排便问题均优于治疗第7d的(P<0.01)。④治疗第7d,联合组的排便困难、排便时间和排便频度优于同期的按摩组,排便困难、粪便性状、排便时间和排便频度优于同期的施膳组。治疗第14d,联合组的排便情况均优于同期的按摩组与施膳组。结论:穴位按摩治疗联合辨证施膳对中风患者便秘效果显著。

목적:관찰혈위안마연합변증시선대중풍환자편비적림상효과。방법:중풍후편비적환자66례수궤분위안마조、시선조화연합조,매조22례,안마조환자채용혈위안마법;시선조환자채용변증시선;연합조채용혈위안마연합변증시선。력시2주,우치료전,치료제7、14d,관찰、대비삼조환자적편비정황。결과:①삼조치료전적배편곤난、분편성상、배편시간、하추、불진、창감、배편빈도화복창적정황차이무통계학의의(균P>0.05)。②치료제7d,연합조적상술배편문제균교치료전유소개선(P<0.05혹0.01);안마조적배편곤난、배편시간급복창정황교치료전유소개선(P<0.05혹0.01);시선조적부하추、불진、창감교치료전개선(P<0.05)。치료제14d,연합조적개선정황교치료전급치료7d후경명현(P<0.05혹0.01);안마조제배편빈도외,기여항균교치료전유소개선(P<0.05혹0.01);시선조소유관찰항균교치료전유소개선(P<0.05혹0.01)。③안마조치료제14d적적배편곤난교치료제7d적호전(P<0.05);연합조치료제14d적배편문제균우우치료제7d적(P<0.01)。④치료제7d,연합조적배편곤난、배편시간화배편빈도우우동기적안마조,배편곤난、분편성상、배편시간화배편빈도우우동기적시선조。치료제14d,연합조적배편정황균우우동기적안마조여시선조。결론:혈위안마치료연합변증시선대중풍환자편비효과현저。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of point massage combined with dialectic meal on treating constipation in patients after stroke. Methods:66 patients with constipation after stroke were randomly divided into massage group, dialectic meal group and combined group, 22 in each. Massage group was given point massage method, dialectic meal group was given dialectic meal treatment, and combined group was given point massage combined with dialectic meal. Treatment lasted two weeks, before treatment, 7th and 14th days of treatment, constipation situation of 3 groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: ①No statistically significant difference in 3 groups before treatment of difficult defecation, stool, defecation time, tenesmus, endless, bilge feeling, defecation frequencyand abdominal distension (P>0.05). ②For seventh days treatment, the defecation combined group significantly improved (P<0.05 or 0.01), massage group difficult defecation, defecation time and abdominal distension were improved than before treatment (P<0.05 or 0.01);dialectic meal group only notfalling, bilge feeling improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05). For fourteenth days, to improve the situation of the United group than before treatment and 7 days after treatment significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01);massage group except the defecation frequency, the rest are improved than before treatment (P<0.05 or 0.01). Dialectic meal group all observations are improved than before treatment (P<0.05 or 0.01). ③Massage therapy group fourteenth days of difficult defecation were seventh day treatment improved (P<0.05); treatment group were fourteenth days defecation problems are better than that of treatment seventh days (P<0.01). ④Seventh days of treatment, massage combined groupdifficult defecation, defecation time and defecation frequency is better than the earlier, catering groupdifficult defecation, stool, defecation time and defecation frequency is better than the same period. For fourteenth days, the massage group defecation combined group was superior to that of the earlier and dialectic meal group. Conclusion:Point massage combined with dialectic meal was effective on treating constipation in patients after stroke.
