目的:观察名老中医夏度衡经验方之肝胃百合汤治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证的临床疗效及对CCK的影响。方法:将60例功能性消化不良肝胃不和证门诊患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,给予肝胃百合汤治疗;对照组30例,给予依托必利片治疗,两组均以治疗30d为1个疗程,观察两组临床疗效及血液中CCK的变化。结果:治疗组中医证侯疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组皆能降低血液中CCK水平,治疗组较对照组更明显(P<0.01)。结论:肝胃百合汤是治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和型的有效方药,能明显改善患者的临床症状,其机制可能是通过降低血液中CCK(Cholecystokinin,胆囊收缩素)的含量。

목적:관찰명로중의하도형경험방지간위백합탕치료공능성소화불량간위불화증적림상료효급대CCK적영향。방법:장60례공능성소화불량간위불화증문진환자수궤분위량조,치료조30례,급여간위백합탕치료;대조조30례,급여의탁필리편치료,량조균이치료30d위1개료정,관찰량조림상료효급혈액중CCK적변화。결과:치료조중의증후료효우우대조조(P<0.05),량조개능강저혈액중CCK수평,치료조교대조조경명현(P<0.01)。결론:간위백합탕시치료공능성소화불량간위불화형적유효방약,능명현개선환자적림상증상,기궤제가능시통과강저혈액중CCK(Cholecystokinin,담낭수축소)적함량。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect on treating functional dyspepsia disharmony of Ganwei Buhe syndrome with the Ganwei Baihe decoction and impact on CCK. Methods:60 patients with functional dyspepsia disharmony of Ganwei Buhe syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group, 30 patients received the Ganwei Baihe decoction treatment; 30 patients of control group received treatment Itopride tablets. 30 days for a course in two groups. To observe the clinical efficacy and changes of CCK in blood. Results:The efficacy of the treated group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The two groups can lower blood levels of CCK. The treated group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ganwei Baihe decoction is an efficient prescription of functional dyspepsia disharmony of Ganwei Buhe syndrome, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the mechanism may be lowering blood CCK (Cholecystokinin, CCK) content.
