本文首先研究了真空钎焊条件对热管性能的影响,进而在最优条件下制作了热管及热管式真空集热管,并和市场上销售的产品进行了性能比较。在我们的实验条件下,最佳的热管真空钎焊工艺为:钎料成分为 BAg44CuZn 钎料,钎焊真空度为5×10-3 Pa ,真空钎焊功率为7.6 kW ,钎焊间隙为0.08 mm。采用此工艺制作的热管其老化后的性能几乎不变,远优于市场上销售的热管,组装成热管式真空集热系统以后,其集热性能也比现有产品大为提高。
本文首先研究瞭真空釬銲條件對熱管性能的影響,進而在最優條件下製作瞭熱管及熱管式真空集熱管,併和市場上銷售的產品進行瞭性能比較。在我們的實驗條件下,最佳的熱管真空釬銲工藝為:釬料成分為 BAg44CuZn 釬料,釬銲真空度為5×10-3 Pa ,真空釬銲功率為7.6 kW ,釬銲間隙為0.08 mm。採用此工藝製作的熱管其老化後的性能幾乎不變,遠優于市場上銷售的熱管,組裝成熱管式真空集熱繫統以後,其集熱性能也比現有產品大為提高。

In this paper , the effects of different process parameters on properties of heat pipes were analyzed . Then heat pipes and vacuum collector tubes with heat pipes were made under optimal conditions . The performance of our products was compared with which sold in the market . The results show that the best quality is obtained when using BAg44CuZn as solder;vacuum degree is 5 × 10-3Pa; welding power is 7 . 6kW; welding distance is 0 . 08mm . The performance of the heat pipes we make is nearly unchanged after aging , which is far better than that sold in the market . The performance of heat-collecting system assembled with our heat pipes is also superior to that of products sold in the market .
