目的：研究使用无头加压可折断螺钉内固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法2008年5月至2013年5月，本院共收治MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折患者26例。均行切开复位无头加压可折断螺钉内固定手术治疗，术后不行外固定，第2天即开始进行功能锻炼。采用Broberg和Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评判疗效。结果随访6～35个月，平均12.3个月。治疗优良率为94.4%，所有患者骨折均愈合，有4例留有轻微活动痛，无明显关节活动受限。结论采用无头加压可折断螺钉内固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折，创伤小、手术简单、固定牢固、对关节软骨破坏少、术后早期即可功能锻炼、肘关节功能恢复彻底，是一种较好的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the treatment of Mason Ⅱ type fractures of radial head with Acutrak headless compression screw. Methods 26 cases of adults MasonⅡtype fractures of radial head were treated by internal fixation of Acutrak headless compression screw. The experiences were analyzed retrospectively and the therapeutic results were observed through a follow-up of an average of 12.3 months (range:6 to 35 months). Results Patients outcomes were assessed with Broberg and Morrey elbow joint function score. The good rate of operative group was 94.4%. The difference between post operation and before operation was statistical (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of MasonⅡtype fractures of radial head with Acutrak headless compression screw can precisely rebuild articular face with little trauma. Elbow joint recovered with good function. It provides a new way for surgical treatment of MasonⅡtype fractures of radial head.
