Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets%Proteinuria%Diabetic nephropathy
目的：观察分析雷公藤多苷片治疗临床蛋白尿期糖尿病肾病的疗效与安全性。方法对江西省泰和县人民医院收治的76例处于临床蛋白尿期糖尿病肾病患者，按照治疗方法的不同划分为2组，对照组42例接受科素亚治疗，观察组34例接受雷公藤多苷片治疗，对比观察2组治疗效果。结果76例患者中，观察组治疗总有效率为94.1%，对照组治疗总有效率为76.2%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），2组均无明显不良反应，观察组患者的复发率(2.9%)显著低于对照组(21.4%)，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用雷公藤多苷片治疗临床蛋白尿期糖尿病肾病，疗效显著，安全可靠，值得应用推广于临床治疗中。

목적：관찰분석뢰공등다감편치료림상단백뇨기당뇨병신병적료효여안전성。방법대강서성태화현인민의원수치적76례처우림상단백뇨기당뇨병신병환자，안조치료방법적불동화분위2조，대조조42례접수과소아치료，관찰조34례접수뢰공등다감편치료，대비관찰2조치료효과。결과76례환자중，관찰조치료총유효솔위94.1%，대조조치료총유효솔위76.2%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），2조균무명현불량반응，관찰조환자적복발솔(2.9%)현저저우대조조(21.4%)，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용뢰공등다감편치료림상단백뇨기당뇨병신병，료효현저，안전가고，치득응용추엄우림상치료중。
Objective To observe the clinical analysis of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets more treatment the curative effect and security of the diabetic nephropathy proteinuria. Methods 76 cases of Jiangxi province people’s hospital in phase clinical albuminuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy, according to the different method of treatment is divided into two groups, control group of 42 patients treated for a division, the observation group of 34 patients treated with tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets more, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results 76 cases of patients, the observation group treatment the total effective rate was 94.1%, control group total effective rate was 76.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), two groups had no obvious adverse reaction, observation group of patients with recurrence rate(2.9%) was significantly lower than the control group(14.3%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets to treat more clinical proteinuria stage of diabetic nephropathy, curative effect is distinct, safe and reliable, and is worth popularizing application in clinical treatment.
