目的：分析评价我院2010-2012年抗真菌药物利用情况。方法通过医院信息管理系统，对我院2010-2012年抗真菌药的销售金额和数量进行统计分析，并计算用药频率（DDDs）及药品日均费用（DDC）。结果我院2010原2012年抗真菌药物总销售金额逐年增加。销售总金额前2位的是伏立康唑和氟康唑，DDDs排序靠前的主要是特比萘芬和伊曲康唑。DDC呈逐年下降。结论我院抗真菌药物临床应用较为合理，三唑类是临床使用最广泛的抗真菌药。部分品种存在不合理使用现象，需加强监管。
목적：분석평개아원2010-2012년항진균약물이용정황。방법통과의원신식관리계통，대아원2010-2012년항진균약적소수금액화수량진행통계분석，병계산용약빈솔（DDDs）급약품일균비용（DDC）。결과아원2010원2012년항진균약물총소수금액축년증가。소수총금액전2위적시복립강서화불강서，DDDs배서고전적주요시특비내분화이곡강서。DDC정축년하강。결론아원항진균약물림상응용교위합리，삼서류시림상사용최엄범적항진균약。부분품충존재불합리사용현상，수가강감관。
Objective To investigate the application of antifungal agents in Tongde hospital from 2010 to 2012. Methods Sales amount of antifungal agents in our hospital from the period of 2010 to 2012 were statistically an-alyzed with data retrieved from the hospital information management system and defined daily doses (DDDs) and defined daily cost(DDC) were calculated. Result The total cost of antifungal agents in our hospital increased year by year from 2010 to 2012. Voriconazole and fluconazol were in the top of sum and terbinafine and itraconazole were in the top of DDDs. DDC was decreased year by year. Conclusion Clinical application of antifungal agents in our hospital was appropriate; triazole was the most widely used antifungal agent. Inappropriate application of some varieties of antifungal agents was also noted and should be supervised.
