目的:研究清宫汤的抗焦虑作用。方法健康雄性昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为空白对照组、地西泮组、清宫汤高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。空白对照组给予生理盐水,其余各组给药10天,第10天进行国际通用的高架十字迷宫模型(EPM)行为学观察,统计各组进开臂时间和进开臂次数。结果与空白对照组比较,地西泮组、清宫汤中剂量组小鼠进开臂次数(OE)和进开臂时间(OT)、低头探究次数和臂内双腿自立次数明显增加(P约0.05),清宫汤低剂量和清宫汤高剂量组增加不明显(P>0.05)。结论清宫汤有抗焦虑作用,中剂量组抗焦虑作用最明显。

목적:연구청궁탕적항초필작용。방법건강웅성곤명충소서50지,수궤분위공백대조조、지서반조、청궁탕고、중、저제량조,매조10지。공백대조조급여생리염수,기여각조급약10천,제10천진행국제통용적고가십자미궁모형(EPM)행위학관찰,통계각조진개비시간화진개비차수。결과여공백대조조비교,지서반조、청궁탕중제량조소서진개비차수(OE)화진개비시간(OT)、저두탐구차수화비내쌍퇴자립차수명현증가(P약0.05),청궁탕저제량화청궁탕고제량조증가불명현(P>0.05)。결론청궁탕유항초필작용,중제량조항초필작용최명현。
Objective To study the anxiolytic effect of Qinggong decoction. Methods Fifty healthy male Kun ming mice were randomly divided into control group, diazepam(DZP), and Qinggong decoction groups with high(12.25, 6.50, 3.75 g·kg-1·d-1), medium, and low doses (n=10). Control group received normal saline and other groups were ad-ministered the corresponding drugs for 10 days. Elevated plus maze(EPM) test was used to observe the anxiety-re-lated behavior of mice. Results Compared with control group, total number of entries and duration into the open arms of DZP group and Qinggong decoction with medium dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05), while no significant difference in entries and duration was noted in the low- and high-dose Qinggong decoction groups(P>0.05). Compared with control group, an increase in the number of head dip of DZP and Qingtang decoction groups was found(P<0.05), but the same increase was not seen in the low- and high-dose groups of Qingtang decoction (P>0.05). Conclusion Qinggong decoction possesses anxiolytic effect and acts effectively at the dose of 6.50 g·kg-1·d-1.
