目的:研究血硫化氢(H2S)浓度与肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠凝血功能的相关性。方法雄性Wistar大鼠24只,分为S(假手术)组、I(缺血-再灌注)组,N(缺血-再灌注+硫氢化钠(NaHS))组,每组8只。S组仅行剖腹及游离肠系膜上动脉(SMA)术,I和N组剖腹、游离及钳夹肠SMA 60min和再灌注120min,建立大鼠肠缺血-再灌注损伤模型。N组于再灌注前10min静脉注射NaHS 100μmol/kg后,按1mg/(kg·h)持续静脉注射直到再灌注2h,S和I组静脉注射相同体积的生理盐水,作用时间和持续时间均同N组。取血测定H2S和凝血功能指标。结果 N组PT、APTT、TT、D-二聚体均低于I组、高于S组(P约0.01),N组H2S、FIB低于S组、高于I组(P约0.01)。H2S与FIB呈正相关(r=0.758,P约0.01),与PT、APTT、TT、D-二聚体呈负相关(r=-0.715、-0.721、-0.689、-0.748,P约0.01)。结论血H2S与肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠凝血功能改善相关。

목적:연구혈류화경(H2S)농도여장결혈-재관주손상대서응혈공능적상관성。방법웅성Wistar대서24지,분위S(가수술)조、I(결혈-재관주)조,N(결혈-재관주+류경화납(NaHS))조,매조8지。S조부행부복급유리장계막상동맥(SMA)술,I화N조부복、유리급겸협장SMA 60min화재관주120min,건립대서장결혈-재관주손상모형。N조우재관주전10min정맥주사NaHS 100μmol/kg후,안1mg/(kg·h)지속정맥주사직도재관주2h,S화I조정맥주사상동체적적생리염수,작용시간화지속시간균동N조。취혈측정H2S화응혈공능지표。결과 N조PT、APTT、TT、D-이취체균저우I조、고우S조(P약0.01),N조H2S、FIB저우S조、고우I조(P약0.01)。H2S여FIB정정상관(r=0.758,P약0.01),여PT、APTT、TT、D-이취체정부상관(r=-0.715、-0.721、-0.689、-0.748,P약0.01)。결론혈H2S여장결혈-재관주손상대서응혈공능개선상관。
Objective To investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide on coagulation function during rodent gut is-chemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham, ischemia-reperfusion (IR), ischemia-reperfusion+sodium hydrosulfide(N) groups(n=8). Rats in Group N received sodium hydrosulfide(100μmol/kg bolus+1 mg.kg-1·h-1 infusion) 10 min prior to the onset of reperfusion (cut off blood supply to superior mesenteric artery for 60 min and then recover blood supply for 120 min), whereas rats in Group S and IR received normal sodium of equal volume. Group S only received abdominal incision and dissociation of superior mesenteric artery. Serum hydrogen sulfide and haemorheological parameter were determined. Results PT, APTT, TT, and D-dimer of group N were predominantly higher than those in Group S, but strikingly lower than those in Group I (P<0.01). Hydrogen sulfide and FIB in Group N were significantly higher than those in Group I, but lower than those in Group S(P<0.01). Hydrogen sulfide was positively correlated with FIB(r=0.758, P<0.01), but negatively correlated with PT, APTT, TT, and D-dimer (r=-0.715, -0.721, -0.689, -0.748, P<0.01). Conclusion Treatment with Hydro-gen sulfide can have a protective effect on coagulation function during gut ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
