目的:探讨脑梗死急性期尿酸水平改变的特点。方法选取2010年12月~2011年12月来院急性脑梗死患者204人,记录NIHSS评分,收集入院后第二日晨空腹血尿酸,以同期来院体检健康140人为对照组,对两组血尿酸水平进行比较,根据NIHSS评分将研究组分为三组:轻、中、重度神经功能障碍组,三组间患者尿酸水平进行比较。结果与健康对照组相比急性脑梗死患者的血尿酸水平显著下降(t=3.89, P<0.01),轻、中、重度神经功能障碍组间尿酸差异无统计学意义(F=0.242, P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者体内抗氧化能力显著下降,提高血尿酸水平增加体内抗氧化能力。

목적:탐토뇌경사급성기뇨산수평개변적특점。방법선취2010년12월~2011년12월래원급성뇌경사환자204인,기록NIHSS평분,수집입원후제이일신공복혈뇨산,이동기래원체검건강140인위대조조,대량조혈뇨산수평진행비교,근거NIHSS평분장연구조분위삼조:경、중、중도신경공능장애조,삼조간환자뇨산수평진행비교。결과여건강대조조상비급성뇌경사환자적혈뇨산수평현저하강(t=3.89, P<0.01),경、중、중도신경공능장애조간뇨산차이무통계학의의(F=0.242, P>0.05)。결론급성뇌경사환자체내항양화능력현저하강,제고혈뇨산수평증가체내항양화능력。
Objective To investigate the characteristic of the serum levels of uric acid during acute cerebral infarction. Methods 204 acute cerebral infarction patients fllowed as in patients in the neurology department of Suqian hospital consented to participate in the study between December 2010 and December 2011. Every patient was submitted to the NIHSS assessment and collect their serum uric acid samples. The control group had 140 healthy people who made medical examination in our hospital at the same time. Then to compare with the serum uric acid level between the two groups. According to the scors of NIHSS, 204 acute cerebral infarction patients were classified into three groups: light, midrange, severe neurological function impairment, then to compare with the serum uric acid level among the three groups. Results The serum levels of uric acid in acute cerebral infarction patients was significantly lower than that of the control group (t=3.89, P<0.01). But there was not different between the three groups (F=0.242, P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction, their plasma antioxidant capacity decreases significantly and elevating the serum levels of uric acid could increase the capacity.
