目的：研究胃炎运用肝胃百合汤治疗的临床效果。方法本院选择2011年7月~2013年7月间诊治的100例慢性浅表性胃炎患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组的50例患者运用抗酸药、抗胆碱药以及胃黏膜保护剂等药物进行治疗，观察组的50例患者运用口服奥美拉唑胶囊进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经过1个疗程的治疗后，观察组患者的有效率为94.0%，对照组为78.0%，两组患者临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性浅表性胃炎患者运用肝胃百合汤治疗后能够发挥清胃、疏肝以及活血的功效。
목적：연구위염운용간위백합탕치료적림상효과。방법본원선택2011년7월~2013년7월간진치적100례만성천표성위염환자，장기수궤분위량조，대조조적50례환자운용항산약、항담감약이급위점막보호제등약물진행치료，관찰조적50례환자운용구복오미랍서효낭진행치료，비교량조환자적림상치료효과。결과량조환자경과1개료정적치료후，관찰조환자적유효솔위94.0%，대조조위78.0%，량조환자림상료효차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론만성천표성위염환자운용간위백합탕치료후능구발휘청위、소간이급활혈적공효。
Objective To study the clinical effect of liver stomach lily soup in treatment of gastritis. Methods To choose 100 cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients between July 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital, which then can be divided into two groups, 50 cases for each group, control group with antacids, fight choline medicine and gastric mucosa protectant drug treatment, observation group with oral omeprazole capsules treatment, compared the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results After 1 courses of treatment, observation group of patients with effective rate was 94.0%, control group was 78.0%, the differences between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic superficial gastritis patients with liver stomach lily soup treatment can play a clear stomach, liver and promoting blood flow.
