目的：了解与提出深化医改形势下人口老龄化的现状及养老护理保健卫生资源配置的问题，为做好老年人养老护理保健工作提供政策依据。方法：主要用调查法和观察法等描述性研究的方法进行综合描述。结论：提出加强农村养老护理保健机构建设、培养农村养老护理保健机构人才等建议。
目的：瞭解與提齣深化醫改形勢下人口老齡化的現狀及養老護理保健衛生資源配置的問題，為做好老年人養老護理保健工作提供政策依據。方法：主要用調查法和觀察法等描述性研究的方法進行綜閤描述。結論：提齣加彊農村養老護理保健機構建設、培養農村養老護理保健機構人纔等建議。
목적：료해여제출심화의개형세하인구노령화적현상급양로호리보건위생자원배치적문제，위주호노년인양로호리보건공작제공정책의거。방법：주요용조사법화관찰법등묘술성연구적방법진행종합묘술。결론：제출가강농촌양로호리보건궤구건설、배양농촌양로호리보건궤구인재등건의。
Objective:To understand the current situation of population aging and health resource allocation problem for reference of elderly nursing work. Methods:Comprehensive descriptive method such as surveys and observation methods were used. Conclusion:Some suggestions such as strengthening the construction of nursing care health institutions in rural areas and training personnel of these institutes were put forward.
