目的：探讨乏脂肪肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)的CT表现。方法收集经手术、病理证实的乏脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤临床和CT资料9例，对CT表现作回顾性分析。结果 CT表现：本组9例13个病灶中平扫呈高密度10个，等密度2个，低密度1个，未见脂肪及钙化影，增强扫描9个呈均匀强化、延迟强化。结论乏脂肪肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性，认识这些表现，对提高诊断水平有相当大的帮助。
목적：탐토핍지방신장혈관평활기지방류(RAML)적CT표현。방법수집경수술、병리증실적핍지방신혈관평활기지방류림상화CT자료9례，대CT표현작회고성분석。결과 CT표현：본조9례13개병조중평소정고밀도10개，등밀도2개，저밀도1개，미견지방급개화영，증강소묘9개정균균강화、연지강화。결론핍지방신장혈관평활기지방류적CT표현유일정적특정성，인식저사표현，대제고진단수평유상당대적방조。
Objective To evaluate the CT manifestations of renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat. Methods The CT manifestations of 9 cases of renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 13 lesions in 9 cases, 10 lesions were high density, 2 lesions were equality density and 1 lesion was low density. Fat and calcification were not found in all lesions. Enhanced scan showed that 9 lesions were homogeneous enhancement and prolonged enhancement. Conclusion CT manifestations of renal angiomyolipoma with minimal fat show some definite characteristics, which can provide help for the improvement of the diagnostic level.
