针对研山铁矿赤铁矿选矿工艺流程暴露出的尾矿品位高、耗水量大等问题,经过对研山铁矿赤铁矿矿石性质、工艺流程设计和试生产现状的分析研究,同时组织了赤铁矿选矿工艺流程各工序工艺效果及选矿全流程的考察工作。根据考察分析结果,提出了将强磁选作业工艺位置进行调整,减少重选设备和浓缩设备的配置数量,合理控制磨矿粒度及强磁选的磁场强度,以及对尾矿进行再选降低尾矿品位的措施,实现了赤铁矿选矿工艺流程进一步优化,尾矿品位降低了2.49个百分点以上,提高了选矿技术经济指标和经济效益。
針對研山鐵礦赤鐵礦選礦工藝流程暴露齣的尾礦品位高、耗水量大等問題,經過對研山鐵礦赤鐵礦礦石性質、工藝流程設計和試生產現狀的分析研究,同時組織瞭赤鐵礦選礦工藝流程各工序工藝效果及選礦全流程的攷察工作。根據攷察分析結果,提齣瞭將彊磁選作業工藝位置進行調整,減少重選設備和濃縮設備的配置數量,閤理控製磨礦粒度及彊磁選的磁場彊度,以及對尾礦進行再選降低尾礦品位的措施,實現瞭赤鐵礦選礦工藝流程進一步優化,尾礦品位降低瞭2.49箇百分點以上,提高瞭選礦技術經濟指標和經濟效益。

Aimed at high tailings grade ,high water consumption that exposured in process flow of hematite , Yanshan Iron Ore made an analysis and study of hematite ore properties , the design of process flow and commissioning status ,at the same time ,also organized a flowsheet investigation about every process and all-process .Based on the investigation analysis results , some measures such as adjusting the location of strong magnetic separation in the process flow , reducing the allocation quantity of gravity separation and thickening equipment ,reasonably controlling the grinding particle size and the magnetic field intensity of strong magnetic separation ,decreasing the grade of tailings by recleaning were proposed .These measures made Yanshan iron ore realize further optimize of hematite process flow ,decrease the grade of tailings by above 2 .49 percent and increase both the technical index and economic benefit of concentrate process .
