本研究目的是探索页岩气生态保护评价模式,以此填补该领域空白并保证页岩气开发持续稳健发展;本研究采用资料查阅法和实地调研法对中美页岩气开发现状进行了剖析,阐述了页岩气开发可能导致的大气和水污染问题,提出了环境保护评价指标体系4项一级指标体系以及18项二级指标体系,并采用 Delphi法(德尔菲法)、AHP法(层次分析法)等进行权重系数判断;最后根据权重系数对应的安全等级判断页岩气开发生态环境安全状况,进而对页岩气开发具体项目实施与否提供决策参考。

The purpose of this study is to explore shale gas conservation evaluation model ,to fill the blank in this field and ensure the sustained steady development of shale gas development ;This study uses the data access method and the field research method to analyze the current situation of the development of shale gas of China and the United Stated ,and details the atmosphere and water pollution problems that shale gas development may lead to ,and establishes four first-grade index system and 18 second-grade index system of the environmental protection evaluation index system ,using the Delphi method and AHP method to determine weight coefficient .Finally ,according to the security level corresponding to weight coefficients to judgment the ecological environment security situation of shale gas development ,then provide decision reference to whether shale gas development implement or not .
