目的：总结62例重度烧烫伤婴幼儿的临床表现特点和护理应对方法。方法回顾性分析总结62例重度烧烫伤婴幼儿的护理要点,要点包括：密切监测患儿生命体征、呼吸、心率、早期补液速度、饮食管理、心理支持、安全护理、健康教育。结果患儿家属配合治疗,住院期间病情稳定,62例患儿病情达到临床治愈标准出院。结论婴幼儿的烧烫伤是可以通过各种渠道进行有效的预防,伤后要积极的应对,以减轻婴幼儿的痛苦,促进康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To summarize the clinical features and nursing care countermeasures of 62 cases of severe burn infants. Methods Review the nursing points for analysis of 62 cases of severe burn infants. The key points of nursing included : close monitoring of vital signs, respiratory, heart rate in infants, early fluid velocity, diet management, psychological support, safety nursing care, health education. Results Family with infants hospitalized in stable condition, 62 cases of woud infection free healing, stable discharge. Conclusion Infants burn can effectively prevent through various channels, to actively respond to injury, in order to reduce infant pain, promote their rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.
