近年来，中国逐渐开始由PCB生产大国向PCB技术大国迈进，在此漫长过程中，首先应该解决的是PCB制造药水、设备和工艺的革新。结合长期从事PCB化学药水研发和应用的经验，对PCB用化学药水和制造工艺的发展趋势进行了展望。

Recently, China has been changing from a huge country of PCB fabrication to strong PCB technology country. During this long term, the first question which must be resolved is the innovation of chemical solution, manufacture equipment and technique of PCB. Based on the experience of the research and utilization of PCB chemical solution, the developing trend of the chemical solution and fabrication technology of PCB were forecasted.
