概述了激光精细加工(孔或线等)的发展与进步。目前,激光加工开始从传统激光加工(红外激光和紫外激光加工)时代走向光纤激光加工和飞秒激光加工时代,由于采用光纤和新软件等技术,提高了激光加工的功率和速度而达到了高生产率;开发了飞秒(10s~15s)脉冲技术,使激光加工去除物质极快而来不及发生热扩散,因此不会发生激光脉冲冲击而带来的问题与缺陷,可达到精美的加工效果。

The paper describes the development and the improvement of fine laser process. The laser process from the traditional laser technique(CO2 laser and UV laser) run to the times of the photo-fibred laser and the femtosecond(10-15second) pulse. It is adopted thefibred-laser and the new software technique, which increases the laser process speeds and power, and reaches a high-productivity. The femtosecond pulse technique is to remove substance without heat-diffusion. Therefore, there is no problem and the defects, and achieve thefine effect.
