化疗是现代医学治疗各种恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一，临床应用后出现一系列毒副反应，其中骨髓抑制是其重要的限制性毒副作用，影响着化疗疗效。近年来中医药干预化疗后骨髓抑制期取得一定疗效。本文从中医药对化疗后骨髓抑制期外周血细胞和造血微环境两方面的作用出发，对近年来的相关文献进行综述。
