目的：探讨用循证医学观点分析并指导泌尿系结石的急诊处置的意义。方法用循证医学方法对220例急诊科接诊的泌尿系结石患者的处置进行指导。结果诊断符合率98%,保守治疗有效率95%,ESWL治愈率80%,输尿管弹道碎石治愈率95%,开放性手术治愈率100%。结论掌握和应用循证医学理论,可以对急诊泌尿系结石做出更加优化和科学的处置。

Objective on the view of evidence-based medicine analysis and guidance of urinary calculi in the emergency disposal of the significance of.Methods:using the method of evidence-based medicine on 220 cases of emergency department admissions of patients with urinary stone treatment guide.Results:the diagnostic accordance rate of 98%, conservative treatment ef iciency was 95%,the cure rate of ESWL80%,ureteral lithotripsy cure rate 95%,cure rate 100%open operation.Conclusion:the mastery and application of EBM theory,the emergency of urinary stones to make more optimization and scientific management.
