目的：探讨宫颈阴道分泌物中胎盘α1微球蛋白(PAMG-1)联合HCG检测胎膜早破及预测早产的临床价值。方法对宫颈分泌物分别进行 PAMG-1联合HCG检测以及单纯PAMG-1、HCG检测，并对PAMG-1预测早产情况进行分析。结果 PAMG-1联合HCG检测同 PAMG-1比较，灵敏度、准确值和阴性预测值均具有统计学差异（P＜0.05），但特异性、阳性预测值无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。而同单独HCG检测比较，在所有方面都有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论联合检测宫颈分泌物中 PAMG-1和HCG是诊断胎膜早破快速、准确的方法， PAMG-1对预测早产有积极的意义。
목적：탐토궁경음도분비물중태반α1미구단백(PAMG-1)연합HCG검측태막조파급예측조산적림상개치。방법대궁경분비물분별진행 PAMG-1연합HCG검측이급단순PAMG-1、HCG검측，병대PAMG-1예측조산정황진행분석。결과 PAMG-1연합HCG검측동 PAMG-1비교，령민도、준학치화음성예측치균구유통계학차이（P＜0.05），단특이성、양성예측치무통계학차이（P＞0.05）。이동단독HCG검측비교，재소유방면도유통계학차이（P＜0.05）。결론연합검측궁경분비물중 PAMG-1화HCG시진단태막조파쾌속、준학적방법， PAMG-1대예측조산유적겁적의의。
Objective:To investigate the placental alpha in cervicovaginal secretions 1 microglobulin (PAMG-1)combined with HCG detection of premature rupture of membranes and prediction of preterm labour. Methods:the cervical secretions were PAMG-1 combined with HCG detection and PAMG-1 alone,HCG detection,and the PAMG-1 prediction of preterm labor were analyzed. Results:PAMG-1 and HCG detection in comparison with PAMG-1,the sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive values were statistical y dif erent (P< 0.05),but the specificity,positive predictive value,no significant dif erence (P>0.05). With HCG detection alone,there are significant dif erences in al aspects (P<0.05). Conclusion:the combined detection of PAMG-1 and HCG in cervical secretion is the diagnosis of PROM,fast,accurate method,PAMG-1 has positive significance for the prediction of preterm delivery.
