目的：观察安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉配伍曲马多在人工流产手术中的临床效果。方法选择在我院门诊行人工流产手术的200例女性，随机分为两组，观察组100例使用安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉配伍曲马多，对照组100例仅使用安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉，比较两组术中患者疼痛程度、手术时间及出血量。结果观察组术中镇痛效果好、手术时间短，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但术中出血量的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论人工流产术采用安定联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉配伍曲马多，减轻了术中患者的疼痛，缩短了手术时间，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：관찰안정연합리다잡인궁방조체마취배오곡마다재인공유산수술중적림상효과。방법선택재아원문진행인공유산수술적200례녀성，수궤분위량조，관찰조100례사용안정연합리다잡인궁방조체마취배오곡마다，대조조100례부사용안정연합리다잡인궁방조체마취，비교량조술중환자동통정도、수술시간급출혈량。결과관찰조술중진통효과호、수술시간단，여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），단술중출혈량적차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론인공유산술채용안정연합리다잡인궁방조체마취배오곡마다，감경료술중환자적동통，축단료수술시간，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objectve To observe the clinical ef ects of diazepam and lidocaine paracervical block anesthesia with tramadol in artificial abortion operation. MethodsAbout 200 women requesting artificial abortion operation were chosen and equal y divided into 2 groups:100 acting as the observation group and the other half as control group. The data of ache degreeoperation time and amount of bleeding were observed and analyzed. Results In observation group,lighter pain,shorter operation time were obtained compared with those of the control group. The dif erence was remarkably significant (P<0.05) between two groups. While the amount of bleeding was not (P>0.05). Conclusion Diazepam and lidocaine paracervical block anesthesia with tramadol can reduce the pain and the operation time in artificial abortion operation,so it is worthy to be popularized.
