目的：探讨Trop-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选择125例乳腺癌组织、30例正常乳腺组织和30例乳腺良性增生组织，应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测Trop-2的表达水平。结果125例乳腺癌中Trop-2阳性者84例（67.2%）；30例乳腺良性增生组织 Trop-2阳性者11例（36.7%）；30例正常乳腺组织Trop-2阳性者8例（26.7%）；Trop-2阳性表达率与乳腺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关，而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无显著相关性。结论乳腺癌高表达Trop-2。 Trop-2的异常表达可能参与了乳腺癌的发生、发展过程，Trop-2有望成为乳腺癌治疗的分子靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of Trop-2 in human breast cancer tissue. Methods The expression of Trop-2 protein were detected with immunohistochemistry in 120 tumor tissue sample,30 cyclomastopathy tissue and 30 normal breast tissue. Results The positive rate of Trop-2 expression in breast cancer tissue was 84(67.2%),11(36.7%) in cyclomastopathy tissue and 8 (26.7%)in normal breast tissue. In addition, Trop-2 overexpression was related with tumor pathological grading, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage,but not with age and tumor size. Conclusion Breast cancer patients have higher expression of Trop-2 which is correlated with cancer progression and Trop-2 may be a potential therapeutic target for breast cancer.
