目的：对我院全肠外营养液（TPN）处方中药物使用情况进行分析，为临床合理应用提供参考。方法分析我院2013年1月~6月577张TPN处方资料。结果我院TPN处方设计基本合理，但部分处方存在不合理性。结论临床医生应根据患者状况，恰当选择药物，提高TPN应用合理性，安全性。

목적：대아원전장외영양액（TPN）처방중약물사용정황진행분석，위림상합리응용제공삼고。방법분석아원2013년1월~6월577장TPN처방자료。결과아원TPN처방설계기본합리，단부분처방존재불합이성。결론림상의생응근거환자상황，흡당선택약물，제고TPN응용합이성，안전성。
Objective: to my courtyard total parenteral nutrition (TPN) to analysis the prescription drug use, to provide the reference for clinical reasonable application. Methods: analysis of our hospital in 2013 January -2013 year in June 577 TPN prescription data. Results: in our hospital TPN prescription design is basical y reasonable, but some unreasonable prescription. Conclusion: Clinicians should according to the patient's condition, the appropriate choice of drugs, to improve TPN application rationality and safety.
