针对鄂尔多斯盆地东南缘延川南煤层气工区致密砂岩储层的地质状况,优选出低伤害、携砂能力强、高效返排特性的压裂液体系,配以纤维加砂、液氮伴注和压后返排控制技术,成功完成了一口致密砂岩井的现场压裂施工。施工用液221.7 m3,加入石英砂30 m3,纤维220 kg,伴注液氮16 m3,压裂后测试无阻流量达到8457 m3/d,初步实现了鄂尔多斯盆地边缘浅层致密砂岩压裂技术的突破,对于合理开发此类储层具有重要的指导意义。

Aimming at tight sandstone reservoir in CBM reservoir of South Yanchuan region in Ordos basin, a new fracture fluid sys-tem which had the properties of low reservoir damage, strong carrying capacity and fast flowback was optimised. Equipped with tech-nologies of gravel input with fibre, accompanied liquid nitrogen injection and flowback controlling after fracturing, a tight sandstone well succesfully completed fracturing in the field. The total construction liquid is 221.7 m3, quartz sand is 30 m3, fiber is 220 kg, liquid nitrogen injection is 16 m3. Open flow potential (OFP) reaches 8 457 m3/d, initially realizing the breakthrough of tight sandstone frac-turing technology in marginal shallow of Ordos basin, which has important guiding significance for rational exploring such reservoirs.
