在一次红外测温时发现某变电站10 kV电缆铁抱箍存在发热现象,每相电缆由一根单芯电缆和一根三芯电缆组成,单芯电缆铁抱箍温度比三芯电缆铁抱箍温度高很多。经分析认为,电缆中流过的交变电流在其周围产生交变磁场,铁抱箍处于交变磁场中,其内部产生涡流损耗及磁滞损耗导致铁片发热。单芯电缆周围的磁感应强度比三芯电缆的强,所以单芯电缆铁抱箍温度更高。将铁抱箍换成磁导率小的材料能很好地解决发热现象。

There is a heating phenomenon of 10 kV cable iron hoop in a substation when making an infra-red temperature measurement. Each phase cable is made up of one single-core cable and one three-core cable, and the temperature of the iron hoop of single-core cable is much higher than that of three-core ca-ble. The analysis is that the alternating current through the cable produces the alternating magnetic field in its surrounding. Thus the iron hoop is in the alternating magnetic field, the eddy current loss and the magnetic hysteresis loss generated in its inner cause the iron hoop heating. The magnetic induction of sin-gle-core cable is higher than the three-core cable′s, so the iron hoop temperature of the single-core cable is much higher. To replace the iron hoop with small permeability material is an effective way to solve the heating phenomenon.
