为了进一步提高XJ研究区浅层稠油油藏的开发效果,充分发挥水平井注汽开发技术的优势,结合数值模拟方法,建立了浅层稠油油藏模型,对水平井蒸汽吞吐开采参数进行了优化研究。计算结果表明:以水平井眼位于油层中下部,水平井段长度250~350 m,注汽速度200~250 m3/d,注汽压力5~6 MPa,注入蒸汽干度0.7~0.8,注入蒸汽温度300℃的模式进行开发可获得最优的注汽开采效果。优化结果在研究区浅层稠油的实际应用中取得了较好效果,为研究区增产提供了一定的技术参考。

In order to further improve the development effects of shallow heavy oil reservoir in XJ area and make full use of steam injection development technology of horizontal wells, a model for shallow heavy oil reservoir was established and the mining param-eters of horizontal well steam stimulation were optimized by combing with the numerical simulation method. The calculating results showed that horizontal wells should be located in the middle-low reservoir, horizontal well length should be within 250~350 m, steam injection rate should be within 200~250 m3/d, steam injection pressure should be within 5~6 MPa, steam injection dryness should be within 0.7 ~ 0.8, steam injection temperature should be 300 ℃, optimal steam injection and production effects could be obtained in this development mode. The optimization results were applied to shallow heavy oil reservoir in XJ area and achieved good effects, providing certain technical guidance for stimulation.
