论文分析了新形势下植物保护专业大学生创新能力培养存在的问题，针对这些问题提出设置合理的课程体系，深化教学内容的改革，强化教学团队建设，改进教学模式，加强实验、实习等实践教学环节，发挥社团作用，开展科技创新活动，参与科研项目等几条途径培养学生的创新能力，旨在提高学生在实际工作中的实践和创新能力。

In this paper,the problems of cultivation of plant protection undergraduates’creativity have been analyzed under the new situation.In order to improve the students’ creativity and practical innovation, some effective measures,such as setting up reasonable curriculum system,deepening the reform of teach-ing content,strengthening the construction of teaching team,improving the teaching mode,strengthening the experiment,exercitation and other practical teaching,developing functions of mass organization,car-rying out the activities of scientific and technological innovation,participating in research proj ects,etc., have been discussed to cultivate the undergraduates creativity.
