论述了竞争与合作的辩证关系,应用非平衡态统计理论,建立了大学生创业过程中竞争与合作的物理模型,探讨了大学生创业过程中两类创业团体能共存和发展的条件。在此基础上,论述了大学生创业中应如何正确处理创业团体之间以及团体内部间的竞争与合作关系,最后介绍了实践的效果。结果表明:在市场不变的情况下,在创业过程的竞争与合作中,创业团体内部不团结或者创业者不能正确对待和处理各类矛盾等自身原因,会使两类创业团体没有共存的可能性;反之,两类创业团体能共存和发展。大学生在创业过程中只有理性面对竞争与合作,才能实现“双赢”或“共赢”。

This paper deals with the discussion of the dialectical relationship between competition and coop-eration in order to establish the physical model that college students undertake pioneering work by apply-ing the non-equilibrium statistical theory,to discuss the conditions how two or more kinds of pioneering groups can coexist and to develop in the entrepreneurial process.Further more,the relationship has also been discussed on how to handle the business groups and between groups of internal relations of competi-tion and cooperation when college students undertaking pioneering work.Finally,the practice effect of our college has been introduced.The results show that,when the market condition is unchanged,entrepre-neurial groups internal disunity or entrepreneurs cannot correctly deal with various kinds of contradiction or other harmful reasons will make two entrepreneurial groups without the possibility of the coexistence of two kinds;and conversely,entrepreneurial groups can coexist and develop.In order to achieve“win-win”, entrepreneurial students should rationally face and choose competition and cooperation.
