采用自制的强碱性阴离子交换纤维对黄芩苷的吸附特性进行研究.在温度为298~333 K 和质量浓度为10.00~60.00 mg/L的范围内时,离子交换纤维对黄芩苷的吸附数据拟合符合 Langmuir和 Freundlich吸附等温方程,从而得到吸附过程中的吸附焓、吉布斯自由能和吸附熵;并且运用动边界模型描述了吸附过程的动力学,得到离子交换纤维内扩散控制交换过程的表观活化能41.08 kJ/mol、反应级数2.190、速率常数8.435×10-4及动力学方程式.
採用自製的彊堿性陰離子交換纖維對黃芩苷的吸附特性進行研究.在溫度為298~333 K 和質量濃度為10.00~60.00 mg/L的範圍內時,離子交換纖維對黃芩苷的吸附數據擬閤符閤 Langmuir和 Freundlich吸附等溫方程,從而得到吸附過程中的吸附焓、吉佈斯自由能和吸附熵;併且運用動邊界模型描述瞭吸附過程的動力學,得到離子交換纖維內擴散控製交換過程的錶觀活化能41.08 kJ/mol、反應級數2.190、速率常數8.435×10-4及動力學方程式.

The absorption performance of baicalin by means of self-made anion exchange fiber (IEF)has been studied.The absorption equilibrium data of baicalin on IEF within the temperature range of 298~333 K and the concentration range of 10~60 mg/L accorded with the Langmuir-type and Freundlich-type adsorption isotherm equations.Furthermore,the adsorption enthalpy,the Gibbs free energy and the en-tropy have been obtained.Besides,Moving Boundary Model has been applied to describe the absorption ki-netics of baicalin on IEF.For the dominant procedure of ion diffusion through IEF,the apparent activation energy 41.08 kJ/mol,reaction order 2.190,rate speed constant 8.435×10-4 and kinetics equation have been obtained.
