The Grey Correlation Method (GCM)was applied to enrich and improve forest asset appraisal sys-tem,and to provide the market approach with a new thinking and new technical approach for evaluating the forest asset price.Being combined with the practical appraisal example of Pinus massoniana forest asset,the reference weight determination in the forest price appraisal by market approach was studied,and the reasonable price of P. massoniana forest stand was finally determined.
