모택동시이십세기적서법대가，타종생용필불철，박채음장，자성일체---모체，기서법기시시대정신적체현，야시위대인격적전시。기서풍인시이변，이총체특색시편우호방、불폐완약。
Mao Zedong is a great master of Chinese calligraphy in twentieth century, Absorbing the strong points of all others, he kept practicing calligraphy in his whole life and formed his own style---Style of Mao. His calligra-phy is not only a demonstration of the spirit of the time but also a display of his great personality. His calligraphy style was changing along with the time, but his general characteristics remain free and powerful, and sometimes graceful and subtle.
