针对海洋石油平台主机设备污垢增多,不易清理的问题,探索研究采用超声波清洗工艺清洗主机设备。基于石油平台现场使用情况,设计制定了合理的清洗设备及方案。实际应用表明:与传统清洗工艺相比,超声波清洗工艺无论是在消耗人工时还是在清洗效果方面都远胜于传统工艺。

As platform engine devices have the problem of increasing fouling, and not easy to clean, the ultrasonic cleaning process was studied and adopted to clean the platform engine devices. To adapt to the field conditions of offshore platform, applicable cleaning equipments and schedules were designed. Com-pared with traditional cleaning process, the ultrasonic cleaning process boasts extraordinary performance both on cost of time and the cleaning effectiveness.
