针对16 V250 ZJ柴油机机体的结构特点,选取相应的动应力测试点,通过动应力测试对机体关键部位的应力状态进行分析,并和同类型柴油机进行对比分析。结果表明,16 V250机体各部位的应力幅值较同类型机体偏低,结构合理,刚度适中。该研究方法和结果可供机体的进一步优化与改进设计做参考。

Considering the structural characteristics of 16V250ZJ diesel engine block, certain dynamic stress test points were selected. The stress state of the engine block' s key parts was studied through dy-namic stress test, and was compared with similar types of engines. The results show that the stress ampli-tudes of 16V250ZJ diesel engine block are smaller compared with similar types of engines, and boasts ra-tional structure and moderate stiffness. This research method and the results offer references for further optimization and improvement of engine blocks.
