目的探讨中药泡手配合按摩对终末期肾病患者行动静脉内瘘成形术后的方法及效果.方法以60例行动静脉内瘘成形术后的终末期肾病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组在术后给予常规治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加以中药泡手方泡手配合按摩,比较两组患者术后4周内瘘成熟情况、半年内并发症的发生率以及内瘘成形率情况.结果治疗组患者术后4周内瘘成熟例数及内瘘成形率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),半年内并发症的发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论中药泡手方泡手配合按摩,能缩短动静脉内瘘的成熟时间,减少并发症的发生,提高内瘘成形率.
목적 탐토중약포수배합안마대종말기신병환자행동정맥내루성형술후적방법급효과.방법 이60례행동정맥내루성형술후적종말기신병환자위연구대상,수궤분위대조조화치료조각30례,대조조재술후급여상규치료급호리,치료조재대조조적기출상,가이중약포수방포수배합안마,비교량조환자술후4주내루성숙정황、반년내병발증적발생솔이급내루성형솔정황.결과 치료조환자술후4주내루성숙례수급내루성형솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05),반년내병발증적발생솔명현소우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 중약포수방포수배합안마,능축단동정맥내루적성숙시간,감소병발증적발생,제고내루성형솔.
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese herbs hand soaking combined with massage in patients with end-stage renal arteriovenous fistula after angioplasty.Methods 60 cases of arteriovenous fistula after angioplasty with end-stage renal disease were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing.Based on the same treatment in control group,the treatment group was added hand soaking with massage bath with traditional Chinese medicine,we compared two groups with fistula maturation in 4 weeks,complications of forming rate within 6 months and postoperative fistula incidence.Results In the treatment group,fistula maturation in 4 weeks and fistula formation rate were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),the incidence was significantly less than that in the control group within 6 months of complications,with statistical significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine hand soaking combined with massage bath can shorten the maturation time of arteriovenous fistula,reduce the complications,and improve the internal fistula formation rate.
