基于流动相似性原理,研制了肺呼吸物理教学实验仪,测量了模型肺以及模拟胸腔内高压时的肺V-p 曲线及肺顺应性。结果表明:模型肺的V-p曲线及肺顺应性与实际肺相似;模拟胸腔内高压时的肺顺应性减小,其规律与真实肺相符合。利用肺呼吸物理教学实验仪可以较好地模拟实际肺的黏弹性特征、可以进行肺V-p 曲线及肺顺应性的模拟测量。
基于流動相似性原理,研製瞭肺呼吸物理教學實驗儀,測量瞭模型肺以及模擬胸腔內高壓時的肺V-p 麯線及肺順應性。結果錶明:模型肺的V-p麯線及肺順應性與實際肺相似;模擬胸腔內高壓時的肺順應性減小,其規律與真實肺相符閤。利用肺呼吸物理教學實驗儀可以較好地模擬實際肺的黏彈性特徵、可以進行肺V-p 麯線及肺順應性的模擬測量。

A respiratory physical teaching experimental apparatus was developed based on flow similarity theory .The V-p curve and the lung compliance model with or without intrathoracic pressure were measured .It showed that the V-p curve and lung compliance were similar to the actual lung . The simulation of intrathoracic pressure showed that the lung compliance decreased ,which agreed with the actual lung .This teaching apparatus could simulate the viscoelastic characteristics of actual lung and measure the V-p curve and the compliance of lung model .
