In-situ crosslinking%Chrome sol%Crosslinking agent
选用氯化铬和醋酸为主要原料,采用改变分散介质方法合成了一种溶胶型有机铬交联剂。通过与聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM )制备的调剖体系进行交联性能评价。结果表明,在 n(Cr3+)/n(Ac-)=(1∶2.5)~(1∶3.0),交联剂Cr3+质量浓度为197~328 mg/L ,pH为7~9,与 HPAM 形成强度较高、稳定性较好的凝胶,且所制备铬溶胶原位交联剂在高矿化度、碱性溶液中具有良好的交联稳定性,适合油层深部原位交联,达到提高原油采收率目的。
選用氯化鉻和醋痠為主要原料,採用改變分散介質方法閤成瞭一種溶膠型有機鉻交聯劑。通過與聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM )製備的調剖體繫進行交聯性能評價。結果錶明,在 n(Cr3+)/n(Ac-)=(1∶2.5)~(1∶3.0),交聯劑Cr3+質量濃度為197~328 mg/L ,pH為7~9,與 HPAM 形成彊度較高、穩定性較好的凝膠,且所製備鉻溶膠原位交聯劑在高礦化度、堿性溶液中具有良好的交聯穩定性,適閤油層深部原位交聯,達到提高原油採收率目的。

The sol type organic chromium crosslinking agent was synthesized by the method of changing the dispersion medium ,which used the chromium chloride and acetic acid as the main raw materials .The crosslinking performance evaluation with HPAM the profile control system was made .The results show that the high strength and stability gel can be made when n(Cr3+ )/n(Ac- ) is (1∶ 2 .5)~ (1∶ 3 .0) ,mass concentration of Cr3+ is 197 ~ 328 mg/L ,and pH is 7 ~ 9 .The novel chromium crosslinking agent presented a good stability in the alkaline solution .Futhermore ,it is suitable for deep reservoir in-situ crosslinking ,which can enhancement of oil recovery .
