The paper briefly describes the working principle of hydraulic system of the mast test bed. In view of the faults appearing during automatic test of the equipment,the root cause of impact generation is determined through systemat-ic analysis for functions and action processes of each part,in order to complete the electric-control system procedure to ef-fectively eliminate any hydraulic and mechanical impact,minimize the workload and save the costs,which has shown great effect in practice.
