针对蓄电池车辆电气设备检测与故障诊断,提出了基于CAN总线构建的网络化检测系统。该系统将待检测子系统作为总线上的节点,以PC104系列工控机为控制单元,通过相应接口电路连接到待测节点,进行CAN总线应用层通信协议的开发和实现,系统具有良好的实时数据采集、处理和通信功能,数据处理结果可通过CAN总线上传到上位机。实现了蓄电池车辆电气系统的实时监测、状态检测和在线故障诊断。

In terms of detection and fault diagnosis for electrical system of battery-driven vehicles,the paper puts for-ward the network detecting system built based on CAN bus. The system takes the subsystem to be detected as the node on the bus,PC104 series Industrial Personal Computer as the control unit,in order to connect to the node under test through corresponding interface circuit,hence to develop and realize the communication protocol of CAN bus application layer. The system has excellent functions of real-time data acquisition,processing,and communication,with the data processing re-sults uploaded to the upper computer through CAN bus. The real-time monitoring,state detection,and on-line fault diagno-sis for electrical system of battery-driven vehicles are realized.
