在对国内外桥式起重机主梁结构现状调研分析及对GB/T 3811-2008《起重机设计规范》分析的基础上,针对国内桥式起重机主梁偏重、耗材多等缺点,通过优化主梁结构形式及几个主要设计参数的选取,例如主梁高跨比、静刚度控制指标等,达到桥式起重机主梁的轻量化设计,从而推动起重机向轻量化、节能型方向发展。
在對國內外橋式起重機主樑結構現狀調研分析及對GB/T 3811-2008《起重機設計規範》分析的基礎上,針對國內橋式起重機主樑偏重、耗材多等缺點,通過優化主樑結構形式及幾箇主要設計參數的選取,例如主樑高跨比、靜剛度控製指標等,達到橋式起重機主樑的輕量化設計,從而推動起重機嚮輕量化、節能型方嚮髮展。
재대국내외교식기중궤주량결구현상조연분석급대GB/T 3811-2008《기중궤설계규범》분석적기출상,침대국내교식기중궤주량편중、모재다등결점,통과우화주량결구형식급궤개주요설계삼수적선취,례여주량고과비、정강도공제지표등,체도교식기중궤주량적경양화설계,종이추동기중궤향경양화、절능형방향발전。
Based on survey analysis for current girder structure of the bridge crane at home and abroad,and analysis for GB/T 3811-2008 Design rules for cranes,in terms of some disadvantages of the girder of domestic bridge cranes such as much heaviness and many consumables,the structure type of the girder is optimized and some major parameters are se-lected like depth-span ratio of the girder,static and stiffness control indexes,etc.,in order to realize lightweight design of the girder of bridge cranes,to push forward the crane to develop in the lightweight and energy-saving direction.
