利用有限元分析软件建立了柱销半联轴器的三维模型,对其进行了有限元静力学分析,得出柱销联轴器的受力和变形情况。依据有限元的计算结果,采用目标驱动优化方法,以质量为优化目标对柱销半联轴器进行了优化设计,优化后质量减轻27.14%,为柱销联轴器的设计提供了参考。

The finite element analysis software is employed to build 3D model for pin half-coupling,in order to per-form finite element statics analysis,and work out the stress and deformation conditions of pin coupling. According to the calculation results of finite element,the optimal design is made with the target drive optimal method,with the mass as opti-mal target. The mass of optimized pin coupling has reduced by 27.14%. This result provides reference for design of pin couplings.
