工业车辆产品生产具有批量、多品种小批量及单件等多种方式并存的生产特征，我国工业车辆制造业与国外同行业相比，在流线化生产水平上具有较大差距。本文联系我国工业车辆制造业的生产特点及行业现状，根据多年的实践，对流线化生产线布局方案进行了系统总结、分析与研究，从技术角度提出了若干设计建议。结合理论及案例，简要分析了流线化设计与运行的相关要素的关系。

There are various characteristics in production of industrial vehicles such as batch production,multiple va-rieties small-batch production,and one-piece production,etc. Compared to same industries abroad,the streamline pro-duction level in domestic industrial vehicle manufacture has a great disparity. The paper describes the system summary,a-nalysis,and research for streamline production line layout schemes according to the production characteristics and industrial situations of domestic industrial vehicle manufacturing,and years of practice,with various design suggestions from technol-ogy point of view. In addition,the paper briefly analyzes the relationship between streamline design and related operation elements.
