为提高泰勒棱镜的透射率,减小波长的控制误差,研究了过渡层在格兰-泰勒棱镜减反射膜中的作用。研究证明:采用合适的薄膜材料做过渡层,不仅提高了棱镜的透射率,而且拓宽了减反射膜的带宽,提高了产品的合格率。
為提高泰勒稜鏡的透射率,減小波長的控製誤差,研究瞭過渡層在格蘭-泰勒稜鏡減反射膜中的作用。研究證明:採用閤適的薄膜材料做過渡層,不僅提高瞭稜鏡的透射率,而且拓寬瞭減反射膜的帶寬,提高瞭產品的閤格率。

For improving the transmittance and reducing the wavelength control error,the transition layer role of the antireflection film in the Glan-Taylor prism are presented.The results show that not only the transmittance of the prism is improved,but the bandwidth of the antireflection film is broadened when suitable film materials are used as the transition layer.Qualification rate of products is also improved.
