目的:探讨血清性激素和C-反应蛋白水平与前列腺癌患者相关性。方法:采用化学发光免疫分析测定了83例前列腺癌患者(prostate cancer,PCA)、65例良性前列腺疾病(其中33例良性前列腺增生和32例急性前列腺炎)和64例正常对照组的血清性激素和C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平并进行了比较性分析。结果:83例PCA血清睾酮(testosterone,T)水平较之65例良性前列腺疾病和64例正常对照组明显降低(均P<0.05),血清FSH和LH水平较之良性前列腺疾病和正常对照组明显增高(均P<0.01)。而良性前列腺疾病与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05), PCA和良性前列腺疾病血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。83例PCA血清CRP水平比正常对照组明显增高(P<0.01),而良性前列腺疾病比正常对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:PCA具有性激素代谢紊乱现象,其特点是血清T水平降低,血清卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素水平增高,血清E2水平正常,而血清CRP水平明显增高。

목적:탐토혈청성격소화C-반응단백수평여전렬선암환자상관성。방법:채용화학발광면역분석측정료83례전렬선암환자(prostate cancer,PCA)、65례량성전렬선질병(기중33례량성전렬선증생화32례급성전렬선염)화64례정상대조조적혈청성격소화C-반응단백(C-reactive protein,CRP)수평병진행료비교성분석。결과:83례PCA혈청고동(testosterone,T)수평교지65례량성전렬선질병화64례정상대조조명현강저(균P<0.05),혈청FSH화LH수평교지량성전렬선질병화정상대조조명현증고(균P<0.01)。이량성전렬선질병여정상대조조상비차이무통계학의의(균P>0.05), PCA화량성전렬선질병혈청자이순(estradiol,E2)수평여정상대조조상비차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。83례PCA혈청CRP수평비정상대조조명현증고(P<0.01),이량성전렬선질병비정상대조조명현증고(P<0.05)。결론:PCA구유성격소대사문란현상,기특점시혈청T수평강저,혈청란포자격소화황체생성소수평증고,혈청E2수평정상,이혈청CRP수평명현증고。
Objective: To explore association of serum sex hormone and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels in patients with prostate cancer(PCA). Methods:The serum sex hormone and CRP levels were determined in 83 patients with PCA , in 65 pa-tients with benign prostatic diseases(including 33 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia and 32 cases acute prostatitis) and 64 controls by luminescence immunoassay as well as done study compared. Results: The serum T levels in 83 patients with PCA was significantly lower than those in 65 patients with benign prostatic diseases and 64 controls(P<0.05). The serum FSH and LH levels in 83 patients with PCA were significantly higher than those in 65 patients with benign prostatic diseases and controls(P<0.01), but the serum FSH and LH levels in patients with benign diseases were no significantly difference than those in controls(P>0.05). The serum E2 level in patients with PCA and benign prostatic diseases was no significantly difference than those in controls(P>0.05). The serum CRP levels in 83 patients with PCA was very significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01), but the serum CRP levels in 65 patients with benign prostatic diseases was significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.05). Conclusion: The patients with PCA was abnormal metabolism, its typical feature were serum T level decreased, FSH and LH increased, normal E2 level, but the serum CRP level was increased.
