目的：探讨采用Ilizarov外固定架治疗儿童不稳定胫骨骨折的疗效。方法采用Il-izarov外固定架治疗不稳定胫骨骨折75例。结果70例获随访，随访16~36个月，平均24个月。骨折均愈合，无一例出现针道感染、延迟愈合及骨折不愈合。5例双下肢轻度不等长，约0.5~1.0 cm，步态无明显跛行，膝、踝关节功能无受限。根据Johner-Wruh评价标准，优良率95.7％。结论Ilizarov外固定架治疗儿童不稳定胫骨骨折固定牢靠，创伤小、功能恢良好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Ilizarov external fixation for unstable pediat-ric tibia fracture. Methods Seventy-five children with unstable tibia fracture underwent Ilizarov external fixation. Results Seventy patients were followed up for 16~36 months with an average of 24 months. All fractures were healed in good alignment without pin-tract infection,delayed union and nonunion. Five pa-tients appeared leg length discrepancy(range 0. 5~1cm)without claudication and restriction of knee or an-kle joint. According to the Johner-Wruh standard,the excellent and good rate was 95. 7%. Conclusion In the treatment of unstable pediatric tibia fracture,Ilizarov external fixation has the advantages of stable fixa-tion,minimal invasion and satisfied function recovery.
