近年来，分子标记辅助选择在水稻遗传育种改良中发挥着重要作用，为水稻新品种（系）的培育提供了新的途径。本文首先介绍了分子标记辅助选择的原理及其在水稻育种中的优势；着重综述了运用分子标记辅助选择技术在水稻产量、品质及抗性等相关性状育种中的应用进展；最后简要介绍了该技术在实际应用中存在的一些问题，并提出了相应的对策。
근년래，분자표기보조선택재수도유전육충개량중발휘착중요작용，위수도신품충（계）적배육제공료신적도경。본문수선개소료분자표기보조선택적원리급기재수도육충중적우세；착중종술료운용분자표기보조선택기술재수도산량、품질급항성등상관성상육충중적응용진전；최후간요개소료해기술재실제응용중존재적일사문제，병제출료상응적대책。
The technology of molecular marker -assisted selection ( MAS) has played important roles in rice genetic breeding and improvement in recent years .It provided a new method for rice variety breeding . The basic principle of MAS and its advantages in rice breeding were firstly summarized in this paper , and then the application progresses of MAS in genetic improving of yield , quality and resistance were emphatically intro-duced .Finally , the problems in practical application were discussed , and the countermeasures were put for-ward.
