由20%杨树皮类脂与80%中草药添加剂(成分为:益母草40%、杜仲20%、蒲公英10%、黄芪30%)组成复配制剂,研究该复配制剂对罗曼蛋鸡蛋重、产蛋率和产蛋量等生产性能的影响。结果表明:复配制剂添加量为0.05%时,蛋鸡的平均产蛋率和平均产蛋量与对照组无显著差异( P>0.05);添加量为0.10%时,蛋鸡的生产性能虽然与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但平均产蛋量有增加的趋势;添加量为0.15%时,蛋鸡平均产蛋率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但蛋重显著上升(P<0.05),平均产蛋量显著提高(P<0.05);添加量继续增加至0.20%,蛋鸡平均产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),蛋重显著减小(P<0.05)。因此,以降低蛋重为目的,杨树皮类脂复配制剂在饲料中的适宜添加量为0.20%。

The effects of compounded preparation of poplar lipoids (CPPL) on egg size, laying rate and egg production were studied with Roman layers .The CPPL was made of 20%poplar lipoids and 80%Chinese herbal medicine additives (40%MOTHERWORT,20%EUCOMMIA,10%DANDELION and 30%ASTRAG-ALUS) .The results showed that the average laying rate and egg production of layers fed basal diet with 0.05%CPPL had no significant differences with those of control group (P>0.05).The production perform-ance of layers fed basal diet with 0 .10%CPPL had no significant differences with that of control group ( P>0 .05 ) , but the average egg production had the increasing trend .The average laying rate of layers fed basal di-et with 0.15%CPPL had no significant difference with that of control group (P>0.05), but the egg size and average egg production increased significantly (P<0.05).The average laying rate of layers fed the diet with 0.20%CPPL increased significantly (P<0.05), but the egg size decreased significantly (P<0.05).So, for decreasing egg size , the diet of layers should contain 0.20%CPPL.
