该文依据糙米长度、宽度、厚度、长宽比、当量直径、球面度、表面积、体积、容重、密度、空隙度、千粒重等物理特性,对不同糙米进行了聚类分析;并以碾米度为指标,对上述物理特性进行了主成分分析。结果表明,除密度和孔隙度外,不同糙米物理特性差异显著,在聚类分析中分为不同类别;主成分分析结果显示,糙米各物理特性间存在多重共线性,其中影响糙米碾米度主要因子为长度、宽度、长宽比、球面度和容重。

Cluster analysis of brown rice cultivars was carried out based on the physical characteristics of length,width,thickness,aspect ratio,equivalent diameter,sphericity,surface area,volume,bulk density,true density,porosity and thousand seed weight. Principal component analysis,taken the degree of milling as response,of these physical characteristics was carried out as well. Cluster analysis showed that brown rice cultivars were divided into various categories due to the significant differences of physical characteristics. Principal component analysis indicated that length,width,aspect ratio, sphericity and bulk density were the key factors affecting the degree of milling.
