为探明Mn2＋在植物抗冷性中的作用，试验以黄瓜幼苗为试材，研究不同Mn2＋浓度对黄瓜抗冷性的影响。结果表明，提高Mn2＋浓度可显著增强黄瓜幼苗抗冷性，以Mn2＋标准浓度的10倍处理效果最显著。

위탐명Mn2＋재식물항랭성중적작용，시험이황과유묘위시재，연구불동Mn2＋농도대황과항랭성적영향。결과표명，제고Mn2＋농도가현저증강황과유묘항랭성，이Mn2＋표준농도적10배처리효과최현저。
In order to make clear the function of Mn 2+in plant cold resistance , the effects of different concentrations of Mn 2+on cucumber cold resistance were studied using cucumber seedlings as materials .The results indicated that the cold resistance of cucumber seedlings could be significantly enhanced through in -creasing Mn2+concentration in nutrient solution , and the treatment with 10 times of Mn2+standard concentra-tion had the most obvious effect .
