为探明Mn2+在植物抗冷性中的作用,试验以黄瓜幼苗为试材,研究不同Mn2+浓度对黄瓜抗冷性的影响。结果表明,提高Mn2+浓度可显著增强黄瓜幼苗抗冷性,以Mn2+标准浓度的10倍处理效果最显著。

In order to make clear the function of Mn 2+in plant cold resistance , the effects of different concentrations of Mn 2+on cucumber cold resistance were studied using cucumber seedlings as materials .The results indicated that the cold resistance of cucumber seedlings could be significantly enhanced through in -creasing Mn2+concentration in nutrient solution , and the treatment with 10 times of Mn2+standard concentra-tion had the most obvious effect .
