以食用型甘薯品种泰中6号为研究材料,对不同生育期(158天,T1;127天,T2;104天,T3)种薯萌芽性及耐贮性进行差异研究。结果表明:总苗数以T3处理最多,为262个,苗高变幅为31.0~37.6 cm。3个处理种薯的平均芽粗无差异。 T3处理的单苗均重和总重均最大,分别为11.61 g/株和2898.84 g。总重相近的种薯,大薯(>200 g)个数以T2处理最多为66个,其次是T1,T3最少,为1个;而中等薯块(50~200 g)和小薯(<50 g)个数以T3处理最多,分别为118个和92个。从耐储性来看,T1处理种薯感病率最大,为6.25%,主要是软腐病和干腐病,耐储性最差;T3处理种薯感病率最小,耐储性最强。

The budding property and endurance to storage of sweet potato seeds harvested in different growth periods (T1,158 days; T2,127 days; T3, 104 days) were studied taking edible -type cultivar Taizhong 6 as experimental material .The results showed that T 3 treatment obtained the highest total seedling number, which was 262.The seedling height ranged from 31.0~37.6 cm.There were no differences in aver-age bud diameter between the three treatments .The average single weight and total weight of T 3 seedlings both were the highest , which were 11 .61 g per plant and 2 898 .84 g respectively .In the condition of nearly total weight of sweet potato seeds , the T2 treatment had the most big sweet potato (>200 g) as 66;the next was T1;T3 had the fewest as 1.The number of medium-sized (50~200 g) and small (<50 g) sweet potato were the most in T3, which were 118 and 92 respectively.The disease rate of T1 was the highest as 6.25%, and the main diseases were soft rot and dry rot .T3 had the lowest disease rate .In conclusion, the sweet potato seeds harvested after transplanted for 158 days had the worst endurance to storage , while those harvested after transplanted for 104 days had the best .
